Author Guidelines
- Submission Requirements
Manuscripts must describe original, unpublished work not under consideration elsewhere. Submissions require approval from all co-authors and affiliated institutions.
- Registration and Attendance
Each accepted paper must be covered by one author registration, and must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. Registrants gain access to sessions, networking events, and proceedings. Non-presenting co-authors may attend but must register separately.
- Ethical Guidelines
Plagiarism checks (IEEE CrossCheck) will be conducted; ensure proper attribution for reused content. Authorship requires accountability; LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) are excluded as authors but must be documented in the Methods section if used for content generation. AI-assisted copy editing (grammar/style) does not require disclosure.
